Curriculum

 

He studied Fine Arts at the ENPEG “La Esmeralda” and Industrial Design in the CIDI-UNAM. Fellow of the National System of Creators of Art in 2011. He is the author of the books Notebooks and margins (Ediciones Acapulco 2010) and Fragments of circus (UAM 1999); founder of Collective Friday (2005). He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions among which are: Tristes Tropiques, Manzana 1 Sta Cruz, Bolivia, 2016. Think Tanks (im-producción reciente), Arróniz Contemporary Art, 2013; Poule! Jumex Collection, Mexico City; NOW, Instituto Cultural Cabañas (2011); Speranza (Collective Friday). El 52 (OMR). Mexico City; Cannibal Fantasy (reciprocity), KBK Gallery (Mexico City, 2009); Les Enfants Terribles, Jumex Collection (Mexico City, 2009); Social Sculpture: A New Generation of Art from Mexico City, MCA Chicago (USA, 2007); Panoramic descentro, X-Teresa Arte (Mexico City, 2005); Elephant Island Workshop, Nina Menocal Gallery (Mexico City, 2004), among others.

Fellow Young Artists, FONCA in 2005 and Sponsorships Jumex Foundation in 2011. His work belongs to collections in Mexico, USA, South America and Europe. He currently lives and works in Hamburg, Germany.
